There is such joy in the Easter holiday! This happens to be my very favorite holiday because it is the entire reason I am a Christian. Without Jesus' resurrection, there would be no reason to be a Christian and no Hope as we know it. It is such a powerful reminder of Christ and what God did for us all. It's exciting to think about, really.
We will be gone over the actual holiday so we had some of our family and friends over to celebrate with a big easter egg hunt. We had a great time and fun was had by all!

Sweet Kirsten - Easter always reminds me of you. I have a vivid memory of you sitting me down in your dorm room freshman year while we were waiting to leave for the break and you reading me the Easter story from the Bible. That was the beauty of the holiday - a Christian sharing Christ with a Muslim . . . planting seeds that would eventually blossom. I know God works through you! Lots of love to you and your family. -T
